The Kenya Arid Lands Disaster Risk Reduction project was aimed at helping the Kenyan government and local communities in dealing with flash floods and droughts as well as setting up sustainable WASH services. These reports describe the results and methodology of the evaluation of the situation in four pilot areas in this project. The evaluations were used by the stakeholders in the different areas to develop their vision and water master plans which formed the basis for future planning of interventions and capacity building, linked to the overall development ambition for the areas.
