Abstract

World Vision International, Ghana Office, has developed two models for effecting collaboration among Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs), governments, corporate bodies (donors) and beneficiary communities, for the execution of its 5-year Ghana Rural Water Project (GRWP) in the Greater Afram Plains. The two models are:
1. the Identification Model - stakeholders (collaborators) are identified and working relationships are established; and
2. the Process Model - project implementation through workshops, training sessions, field visits and informal visits which involve all stakeholders
