Abstract

This issue contains 15 articles on the history and status of malaria control in India with special attention to the roles played by both government and non-governmental organizations. Several of the contributions focus on the malaria epidemic which broke out in the western part of Rajasthan, claiming 5,000 lives during September-November 1994.
