| Abstract | This paper presents the results of a participatory process to analyse how different water supply and sanitation projects are applying key principles for water resources management formulated in different international fora. It draws on experiences from different countries in Asia, Africa and Latin America. The paper is be structured around eight key principles for which leading questions and indicators have been analysed. It presents the current thinking at policy level and practical experiences from case studies. |
