Today, resource centre network facilitators and IRC colleagues get together again for a 3-day workshop on 'Sector learning' with WASH Resource Centre Networks. What has happened since 2011? We have used the methodology called Reflexive Monitoring in Action (RMA) to help us reflect and document our experiences. During this final workshop of the PSO-supported programme our objectives are to:

• Share and take stock of lessons learned on sector learning in the WASH sector in 5 countries;

• Reflect on what we have learned about WASH sector learning;

• Review our 'theories of change' on how RCNs contribute to sector learning.

Among other things, we plan to develop revised theories of change at country level and collect and document evidence of  how RCNs have contributed to sector learning and learning in the sector and what some of the challenges have been. We are also looking forward to gaining lessons that surpass country level and revisit our learning framework and idea on 'sector learning'.
