Abstract

IRC and the National network of resource centres from Burkina Faso (RCR-BF) have jointly carried out an investigation around current information and knowledge practices in the WASH sector in Burkina Faso. The study follows a previous investigation led by the RCR-BF in 2009 about information needs and it is part of a longer-term investigation process that IRC and the resource centre network are undertaking to identify possible ways towards continuous sector learning. The present report gathers a wide set of conclusions about current practices and it further identifies some initiatives that could help improve WASH sector learning in Burkina Faso.
