Session Monday 7 April 2014
Very few mechanisms are currently being used for the monitoring and evaluation of sanitation and hygiene. When they are in place, they are primarily measuring the existence of infrastructure, but not the level of service. The session wants to reflect on the different monitoring modalities of facilities at both at domestic and community level. The discussion aims to clarify who is responsible for organizing the monitoring and evaluation.
