Session Monday 7 April 2014
This session will explore the experience of national and international operators which are involved in the management and monitoring of water services in small towns. It aims to clarify the principles for setting up a monitoring system that meets the specific needs of small towns. Two key issues will be discussed: How can one establish a serene and lasting dialogue between operator and contractors? And how is the service quality sanctioned, both in terms of successes and failures.
