Session Wednesday 9 April 2014
This session will focus on experiences from both West and East Africa (French and English speaking) and will analyse various approaches for monitoring and user satisfaction evaluation, adaptable depending on the expected purpose. There will be a focus on to the permanence and continuity of these mechanisms, and their use to develop recommendations for service improvement.
